Gregory M. Gantt
For over 25 years Greg has represented clients in state and federal courts, in business negotiations and transactions, and in personal matters such as estate planning, probate, criminal defense, and civil litigation. As Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General, Greg represents Ohio state agencies in furtherance of their creditors rights.
In 2012, Greg was appointed by Governor Kasich and confirmed by the Ohio Senate as Commissioner to the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Review Commission. Greg is currently the Chair of the Commission, which acts as the administrative law review panel for disputed unemployment claims for the State of Ohio.
Greg has served as the Acting Judge for Oakwood Municipal Court for over 15 years on an as needed basis.
Prior to being admitted to the bar in 1995, Greg served as the District Office Manager for the Dayton Region of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census.
Greg draws upon his vast experience as a public official, attorney, political leader, Commissioner, and Acting Judge to the benefit of his clients. Greg is a graduate of the University of Dayton and of The Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, Western Michigan University.
Erik R. Blaine
Erik Blaine earned both his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Dayton.
Erik represents clients nationwide in both civil litigation and appeals with his extensive experience counseling and guiding clients through difficult legal decisions, negotiations, and situations.
Erik has unique knowledge and skills as he served as Judge of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court’s General Division. Judge Blaine presided over complex corporate and civil cases as well as criminal felonies.
Judge Blaine’s community involvement spanned various charitable organizations from the Boonshoft Children’s Museum and community health boards to the Montgomery County ExOffender Re-entry program. Judge Blaine has diligently worked to ensure that first responders and Veterans receive the necessary estate planning documents free of charge as the Lead Attorney Trainer for the Dayton Bar Association’s Wills for Heroes and Wills for Veterans programs.

Sam G.
