At Sam G. Caras Co., L.P.A., our professional services are devoted to complete recovery, including appropriate monetary compensation, from trauma resulting from medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, auto accidents, other professional malpractice, insurance disputes, and less frequently, for damages from business and contract disputes involving individuals. In overcoming the effects of tragedy we are sensitive and responsive to our clients’ needs and desires beyond the aspects of monetary compensation. However, we are mindful that the law typically provides monetary compensation as the only means of recovery. Accordingly, as we help our clients take charge of their lives and plan for the future, we strive to encourage and nurture every aspect of client participation and involvement to create the appropriate results. When practicable, we often settle claims without the need for litigation. However, if such efforts for appropriate settlement are met with unreasonable resistance, we pursue the art of litigation with vigor.
Our combined professional experience of 37 years is devoted to representing people from all walks of life in dealing with overwhelming tragedy. Through compassion and understanding based on this extensive experience, we help our clients regain control of their lives. Indeed, our attorneys are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and our clients always maintain direct contact with their lawyers. We treat each client the way we would want our family members to be treated, and strive to make each case an opportunity to better the lives of our clients. Thus, you should expect your case will be handled competently, compassionately and with the individual service and respect you deserve.
If you have suffered the tragedy of serious personal injury, or the death of a loved one as the result of someone else’s negligence or professional misconduct, please call for a free telephone consultation. As there are specific deadlines for filing all legal matters, please call without delay.
